...is brilliant. One of my all time favourite artists, he mainly produces cartoons and sketches which, although drawn in a child-like style, are funny, witty and often x-rated. His style is similar to "outsider art", as he employs an unusual technique, often crossing out words and leaving mistakes visible on the page which to me, makes the art seem alot more personal.
I am a huge David Shrigley fan, although I had really only experienced him through reading the little books he releases and every so often seeing a sketch on the internet. I recently came across these photographs of outdoor pieces he created, and love them >>>>
